I truly cannot complain about the service that we received. The sales man was so helpful and attentive and helped us so much to get the SUV that we wanted. Some obstacles presented but they helped us so we could drive home with it. We are now the proud owners of an AUDI

Exceptional service! Their attention to detail is second to none. Management is very involved and unafraid to handle customer concerns personally. Highly recommend and expect to buy from them again.
We have owned 3 Audis and love the vehicle. They usually do well. We have not been there since the pandemic, but we went in for a service of our vehicle. Only 2 out of the 11 employees even wore a mask. The others didn't even have one on their person. I was very disappointed. Plus our vehicle needed an update, and they didn't even have the tools/chip to do it. I don't understand how they can be so relaxed about something that so many are worried about!!
I recently bought a 2013 Mercedes G550 from San Juan Audi and I would not recommend anyone purchasing a vehicle from this dealership, especially if you're purchasing online. They failed to disclose the issues the vehicle had, even after I specifically asked. The pictures they provided I believe intentionally covered the areas of damages. I paid 73K for the vehicle and the headlight was cracked, the lumber seat controls were broken. After several attempts, they finally paid the cost of lumber control pump's replacement but refused to pay for the headlight. Prior to making the payment, they were very responsive but after the vehicle was delivered, they were giving runarounds, ignoring calls, not returning calls/messages. It took over a month to finally receive the spare key fob. Two days after I got the vehicle, the brake light came up. Brakes were completely worn out and cost me 1500 to replace. The headlight is still cracked and it cost 1,000 installation. The headlight even has a little \x\ marked with a yellow marker, which makes me believe that they were very well aware of this and failed to disclose or take responsibility after I notified them. The explanation was that this is not a driving hazard issue so we don't pay for it. ( was lumber control part driving hazard related? ) The vehicle I'm sure was a trade-in vehicle and I'm sure when they took the vehicle as a trade-in, they inspected every inch of it, especially when it's an expensive vehicle. This is a very dishonest dealership, stay away!!!!
