Brought my car for service and was in and out within an hour. Nice to see the same faces as when I bought my car. Angel the advisor was very pleasant and Tyler (my sales person) brought me coffee in the waiting room. Every employee that walked by me and others that were waiting said hello and asked if we need anything! New GM has turned this place around!!! Highly recommend

Amateur service and sales. After agreeing to a vehicle in stock and it's price, we arrived to find the car wasn't available, the replacement was more expensive. We were over a barrel, and needed a vehicle that afternoon. Went for service 4/5/19 to help with my failing transmission and *offered* round trip shuttle. FAIL after 5 calls, email and text with no response, I had to walk. I have MS. Already mad, then they have a single sign in a back room stating American Express wasn't accepted for payment. (A sign of financial problems on its own.) The multi point safety inspection did not turn up a known problem and a very rough transmission. These people do not know what they're doing. All trust is lost. I suggest you find another dealership for your service (and sales) needs. It appears that much of the previous management and customer service issues from Imperio Nissan exist here in the renamed Nissan of San Juan Capistrano. The name change wasn't enough to fix the problems at this dealership.
