Our family has used this business a number of times over the years. They have a long history in San Juan Capistrano as a friendly family-owned business with old-fashioned service--coupled now with modern technology. They contribute to the community and have a personal interest in their customers. The wife is a great photographer and the husband helps with all the rest of your memory preservation. They are the experts in helping you save and store your photos, print from your phone, create unique gifts, scan your old photos (even repair damaged ones), convert videos, and home movies to digital files and DVD--to preserve your memories.

I would give them 0 stars if I could. They took well over a month, several calls from myself and my brother and two trips by my parents (in their late 80’s) to have a twentyfive year old photo retouched. And then didn’t even offer to help them return it to the frame. In my mind very poor customer service and lack of desire to go beyond customer expectation for care of this family treasure. Not happy obviously!

My sister requested that an individual be taken out of a picture and another person inserted into that spot. Scott did an outstanding job and she was thrilled. He also took badly faded photos of my son and mother and restored them to perfection. When I needed video tape converted to dvd for a high school reunion, I took one master to Costco and the other master to Scott. Scott's was far superior and I've ordered no less than 50 copies over these last several months because classmates see it or hear about the dvd and want one as well. Thanks, Scott! I will always use this local service for my photo, dvd, needs!
