Worst place to get your medication and are very rude. Never helped me out to get my sons medication had to come back the next morning and still couldn’t help me! Had to tell the doctor to transfer the medication over to cvs in Target. I walked in CVS at TARGET and gave my sons date of birth I didn’t even wait 5 minutes to receive his medication! Don’t get your medication here!!!!!
It was my first time using HEB pharmacy and the last. They were having trouble running my son's insurance card and instead of a quick phone call on the # provided on the back of the insurance card (placed for pharmacists only) they insisted he was uninsured and allowed my mother to pay cash. I was at work at the time and when I was informed I called the insurance and it was fixed within seconds. The pharmacy said I could return the prescription and when I came in I was told that wasn't the case. They did run my insurance card and refunded the cash bit all of this could have been avoided.
This Pharmacy is a Joke, they wouldn't release my medication even though they charged my insurance, took 3 days for them to release my medication even though they charged since day 1, Finally when i got my medication I was given the wrong amount. I called HEB corporate and it's been almost 2 weeks and yet i have not heard from the manager, I do not recommend th his pharmacy to anyone super bad service by Porfirio tech. Management will ignore you and make false promises.
Very polite and they have fast service through the drive-through also.
