Very disappointed that our dear friend was not allowed to keep the large living plant we sent to her mother's funeral. I can't see how people are allowed to gather for a funeral but a potted plant is kept by the funeral home \due to covid\. Something is just not right!

This funeral place lacks human decency. Leon the director, gave a quote over the phone, stating how he would help and give a set price. After family members go in to pay the price has overly escalated and Leon the director would not show his face even after he was requested to come out and explain why the price had drastically increased. At a time when you are vulnerable, sorrowful and extremely saddened this made the situation worse. How can you operate a funeral home not caring for people? When you lose a loved one it deeply hurts you beyond words...the financial situation can also add overwhelming stress...Memorial Funeral Home has made are already broken hearts feel worse. Liars, disgusting and cowards are the three words to describe our experience.

The morning my brother passed away I prayed and asked God for His help because I live in Houston and my brother lived in Edinburgh...and the Lord answered my prayers by sending a host of angels led by Ms. Velma and her entire staff. Having to coordinate a funeral entirely over the phone while dealing with the Covid-19 virus would have been overwhelming had it not been for Ms. Velma and Memorial funeral home.

We are from Florida and my mom passed suddenly in texas and she made sure our process was smooth and she was so kind hearted and caring during our time of need . I would recommend this place to anyone who’s lost a loved one . They really do care about your loved one and will walk the process with you every step of the way .
