I am a small business owner and received a message from this company, asking if I had employees out of work. Thinking they were going to provide work to my company for my employees to do, I called back, only to find that this was not the case. Instead, they wanted me to send my employees to a RIVAL company. I explained the absurdity of this request, but it didn't even seem to register. IF this is a reflection on the types of advice this company is offering on other subjects, I strongly urge anyone seeking assistance from this company to take their advice with a very small grain of salt, as their understanding of business is questionable.

THE "TALKING HEADS " TOLD ME MY CLAIM WOULD BE FIXED! NOPE! IM TIRED OF THIS @##! AND NOT GOING TO TAKE IT ANYMORE! I KNOW IM NOT ALONE LET US ALL DEMONSTRATE! CALIFORNIA IF YOUR NOT GOING TO TAKE CARE OF US DURING COVID-19 LOCKDOWN ,WE HAVE NO CHOICE WE MUST DEMONSTRATE! DONT LOCK US DOWN WITHOUT PAY!!!!
The people who run this agency are a bunch of liars and fakes. I spent 9 months with them until they dropped my case. The job counselor I had did not follow-up with employers or waited several weeks to follow-up. She lied about contacting employers she submitted me to. The head of the center took her side and when I filed a grievance with the county, they swept it under the rug and agreed with the center. This center is currently run by Eckerd Connects. They really don't care what job you get. They just want to put you in any minimum wage part time job and move onto the next client. The job counselors also play favorites with the clients. If you get angry or call them out, they start shunning you.
Stuff is amazing so helpful perfect place in SLO County! Did my EDD get help every step of the way 5/5.
