I would probably give them more stars if they were professional enough to show up at our scheduled meeting. I went into the store and was looking at countertops. They couldn’t get someone out to our home for 2 weeks, which seemed long to wait for a consultation, but I just scheduled an appointment. I took off work to be home on Monday at 9am. At 9:10am I called the store and was shocked that the man who was supposed to meet me answered the phone. He was oblivious to our meeting time and sounded very nonchalant about waisting my time. I was taken back by his care free attitude, and told him I would call back to reschedule (since I had a meeting at 10am that day). He basically said “ok” and hung up on me. I’m not one to write reviews, but feel there is a level of professionalism a business should have. Valuing a customers time is important. I will not be calling back out of principal. Plus, down the street is another company who has been super accommodating and helpful to our project. UPDATE: I did call at 9:05am and they did not say they were running late. They specifically said \when would you like to schedule your appointment\, which insinuated that they did not remember that we had an appointment to begin with. Then they said that their wife was not there yet, so they were unable to come until 9:35am, to which I said no because I had a meeting in Pismo at 10am. Once again, I felt that the business did not value my time. If they were unable to make the appointment, they should have called to notify me that they would not be there. I would have been fine with - as I am an understanding person.
