After a few years I finally upgraded my reverse osmosis system. I wish I would have done it sooner. The newer system uses much less water and it taste so much better as well. The new system was installed quickly and was thoroughly explained to me. After monitoring and testing with no problems I was good to go. The staff and installer at Hague were amazing and helped me out so much. thanks again.
The Hague technician was polite, friendly, and efficient. He arrived on time and quickly performed the needed maintenance on our RO drinking water system. Our water softener had stopped working and he identified the problem right away and set everything right. Absolutely no complaints. Thank you very much!
Good filter, good service. But, check carefully into all the expenses included when you make your decision to buy. I was taken by suprise with all the extra costs that had not been made clear to me initially. It was already a stretch for me to buy the 700 filter. I had to finance it. The interest of the company they had me finance with was outrageous. I was surprised the first year when they said they had to charge about 150 to put a new filter in and that that was going to be an annual cost. Every 5 years, there's a cost of 279 that I did not expect either and just realized today. The owner called me about my earlier review and he was able to tell me how to bring the cost down for the filter each year by doing it myself via their videos. I am glad I was called and told about this. As a result, I changed the stars. Just make sure to ask how you might be able to save on costs if that's important to you- and make sure you're clear on all the costs involved. It's more than just the filter.
Hague Quality Water is the best in the business! We KNOW because we've had multiple issues with our well water over the years and Eric and his crew always solve the problem. Eric is so dedicated to clean water and customer service, he came out on THANKSGIVING to fix our water problem so we wouldn't go without clean water for even one day. Amazing!! We're so grateful!
