Aaaahhhh! I impulse-joined Two Broads Ciderworks Cider Club because (1) I love cider, especially unusual varieties; (2) I’ve been following their adventures online for some time now, and looking forward to celebrating after I give birth by tasting the delicious things they make; and (3) it’s a pandemic! One less trip to the store is a good thing. I was *not* expecting the first delivery to come so quickly or be THIS AWESOME. Thanks, Two Broads Ciderworks! (and thanks for the genius idea to sign up, me-of-last-week!) Six selected bottles of cider, delivered every two months or at your desired frequency. This batch Arkansas Black Barrel-Fermented dry cider, smol batch Ollalieberry Pét Nat, Fancypants Frost cider aged in oak, Las Reinas Amargas, Mawage dry cider with honey, and Kumquat May kumquat cider. Also two jars of fancy fruit butter: Apple Butter with Mead and Peach Butter with Cardamom.
