We were concerned about the condition of our beautiful live oaks, so I called Bartlett Tree Experts. Many so-called “professional” tree companies send out some guy who has “worked with trees for years.” Instead, Bartlett was represented by Jeff Hartman, a Marine veteran and Texas A&M grad with a degree in forestry services. Jeff really knows his stuff! He evaluated our trees and proposed very specific treatments at a reasonable price. I was extremely impressed by his depth of knowledge and responsiveness to our particular needs. The first phase of treatment was done last week and things already looking better. I highly recommend!

Jeff Hartman, our Arborist Representative, was great. He was professional, provided experienced consulting as-well-as listened to our needs. The work crew that was assigned were courteous and had great attention to detail. This job had over a dozen mature live oaks among other tree species.
Joe and Sam were incredible. They were communicative, helpful and informative and gave me hope for our tree in a tough time. It's obvious that Bartlett is not only an upstanding company but also cares greatly for the trees it works with.
