Overall experience is awesome. The nurse and staffs are friendly and paid attention to you and your health. The MD doctor A. McIntosh is very knowledgeable and helpful. He even the oriental way to treat muscle pain and sprains. He has a wide range of western and western medical practices that help the patient like myself understand the symptom of pain, flu...etc and how to treat it at home. If you don't mind a little wait in office, normally about 10-15 min wait. Just normal for Urgent Care clinic. Highly recommended. Walk in is available.

If I could write a negative review I would. I’m shocked at how many good reviews there are. I’ve never been to a medical establishment that is as rude as this place is. The man who works the desk is extremely priss and has a bad attitude. I came in for a migraine on a Sunday and the nurse who did the vitals kept slamming the door. Her bedside manner and overall demeanor was aggressive and careless. I left in tears before I saw the doctor. Avoid this place at all cost if you are in any kind of pain. They don’t care about you, trust me.

Place is a walk in clinic. You can check-in online but it does not provide any indication of when you can actually be seen. We called our insurance's nurse advice line. They directed us to this clinic. I checked in online for an immediate slot. We arrived and they told us it would be a 3 hour wait because 11 patients were ahead of us. Had their website give ANY indication it would have been that long (such as blocking those times) we would have gone somewhere else. We told them the nurse had directed us there and still they said we had to wait. -- So, we went to PremiER & Urgent Care and she was seen in about 30 minutes. Which is good because it was potentially more serious than the nurse advice line recognized.
