I visited Metroflex after getting a recommendation. I am not much of a gym person but I do need a lifestyle change. This gym is family owned and local which is cool. Both owners are nice and personable. This is my first open-air gym experience and I am enjoying it over a closed in gym. Fresh air is definitely better. Daniel (owner) has been doing personal training for me and set me with a simple meal plan that is easy to follow and easy to prep. The workouts are intense but focused. This is very much a no frills results orientated gym.

Metroflex is the perfect gym for those that want to become healthy without the pressures of long contracts. The owners are more like family than just taking your money. Daniel, the owner, is passionate about helping others reach there fitness goals.

In my opinion, this gym is large gym with an open concept and has alot of equipment. I visit this gym a few times a week and have been doing so for a little while before I left a review. I can honestly say it deserves the 5 stars. Friendly staff and managers as well, they are always welcoming and kind. The gym has a great atmosphere to get a workout in, very motivating. Good location in my opinion as well. Great job!
