We have now purchased two cars from San Marcos Toyota. Both times our buying experience has been straight forward and pleasant. Sam Coffman was our sales associate with our latest purchase. He was helpful and polite. He made sure that our car was ready to go; freshly cleaned and with a full tank of gas. The finance department both times was helpful, friendly, and efficient. We would definitely purchase from them again.

Recently came in and bought a used 2018 model and so far I am very happy with the car and the overall experience. Staff is very friendly and seemed to be very honest about my options. They were very flexible with my situation even though I was bringing in an old corolla as a trade in and gave me way more for it than the car was worth. Shout-out to John Austin for making this a very smooth experience.
I am a busy third year medical student that recently had my truck die during clinicals in W. Texas. I was seeing a lot of Covid patients so I was unable to travel to a dealership. Allen Odom was fantastic in working with family and secured the perfect 2021 Tundra. Allen Odom is fantastic and I would recommend a visit.
San Marcos Toyota sales representative DJ showed me the vehicle listed on the website and it was available as advertised. He worked hard to get fair trade in value for the customer while keeping the business running. I appreciated his work ethic as an Austin native, as well as the above and beyond focus on customer. I would return to this dealership and purchase another vehicle based on the ease of experience.
Update 5/22/2020: Once again I have received the highest level of service from the body shop at San Marcos Toyota. The representatives were knowledgeable and dedicated to helping me with my issues. They were more than willing to help me remove a messed up bolt on my vehicle(picture attached). I can not express how pleased I am with my experiences at this shop. No matter what you need, they are there to lend a helping hand. Amy in the service center has been a blessing in the chaos that is a vehicle accident. She has been on top of my vehicle, informing me every step of the way. From handling the insurance claim to addressing each and every one of my concerns while explaining everything to me in a detailed and professional manner. I can not express how much I appreciate and value the level of service that I have received. Thank you Toyota of San Marcos!!!
