i would rate this place 0 stars if i could. worst customer service i’ve ever experienced and pure SCAMMERS. don’t bother calling them looking for help because they give you no useful options. unbelievable how a company can care that little about their customers. they don’t care about your well being or how these hard times are affecting you. as long as they’re getting their coin, they’re happy!

They came and disconnected out electricity because it hadn’t been switched over to our names, even though I had faxed that form over just a few days after moving in and was never asked for a deposit. The man who disconnected it entered our backyard without even knocking at the door first, then was annoyed that there was a dog there and was extremely rude. Turns out the deposit is 300, so I had to pay that ON TOP OF a reconnection fee. I asked if they tried to contact me before doing this and they had called me once, weeks before. Honestly just not great customer service and the company just wants to swindle as much money out of you as possible.
