Jay & David represented me in good fashion and won me the maximum payout available from the at-fault driver's insurance policy. My advice, do your homework investigating your case, who your going after, be frank & straight forward with the legal staff at Sergi & present your grievance as best you can then sit back and allow them to do what they obviously know how to do. Its tuff for me to sit back and put all my faith in someone I just met but in my experience they proved to be able to make sound projections on my case and what they said unfolded exactly as they said. It wasn't luck it was skill & experience they've earned the old fashioned way.....by building a solid case with you the client and from knowing the how & when to go in for the slam dunk and get you what you asked for. Breathe I forgot to be thankful that I could breathe, until I was referred to HR. I had completed all job duties, including connecting to those I supervise.
