Okay, I’m going to go full detail on this. I bought a lift kit and a grille guard on my truck almost 3 years ago. Luckily, never got into a wreck until this year. Black ice, wrecked my truck into cement barriers. It hit 3 times before it stopped. My grille guard SAVED MY LIFE or it would have went over on an overpass. These guys locked it down in place. One I’m a woman and they were really kind and didn’t raise prices because “I don’t know my stuff.” But I honestly do. I’ve been working on vehicles since I was 12. They were kind when I had any questions and they were gave me all the information. I’m very particular about my truck and I don’t like anyone besides me working on it. But they were nice kept me up to date with it and I am very satisfied to this day with their service. I will be buying my new grille guard from them and a new lift kit. THANK YOU STONES.

Excellent experience. Needed some suspension work and axle bearing service on my travel trailer. The mechanic came out and looked over the trailer with me, understood what I wanted done, gave me an estimate, and said it would be done in 48 hours. It was done early, for exactly what they had quoted me, and the mechanic was happy to spend 5-10 minutes of time to explain the repairs to me and help me understand how to prevent issues in the future. Can’t speak more highly of this shop!! Would definitely return.

Horrible experience, from ordering the shell to getting it installed when it finally came in. Had to send the shell back to ARE as the side windows were installed crooked. So bad that the glass would rub the paint on the shell when you tried to close it. Sliding window up front wouldn’t even open. Both side windows were installed crooked. Had the company change the windows then they sent it back without the side windows trimmed properly. Out of four new ARE shells over the years, this was the worst experience. I had to get the missing pieces from another company as Lindrel just faded away on getting the missing parts. All said and done, it had taken seven months to finally get this shell acceptable. And all the parts on it. ARE is not the company they used to be and Stones camper sales is just there for that. To sell. Be warned.
