Good discount, large selection. From furniture to area rugs to kitchen tools. A bit crowded inside, sofas are very close to each other. Compare to normal West elms, the presentation here is more...down to earth...Good for treasure hunting, if you know exactly what your home need.

My wife, a long-time West Elm customer with the demographics any company would kill for, was left waiting outside the San Marcos store looking in. The doors were locked during regular business hours, no signage explaining why they were locked, and customers were in the store. After 15 minutes with NO ONE coming to the door to help her, I picked her up and left. Never to return again. What is the story with West Elm? Please don't blame it on the tired and overused excuse of \COVID 19\. Mismanaged companies do that.

We went looking for King size linen. The store is in a bit of a disarray. There were products wich looked like they were opened and stuffed back in the package. For an outlet store the prices were not what I expected. Especially some of the furniture items which were damaged. They do have a large selection of lamps and lighting, rugs and tables.
