This place is the worst. First of all, they did not have my number saved, which meant they couldn’t reach me to report my results back even though the nurse said she had called me to provide me with some information (which means she lied). Second of all, when I finally called to get my results I had questions about them and they couldn’t answers them. They said the doctor should’ve told me and that she would call me momentarily (this is when I found out they didn’t have my number). I NEVER received the call. Its been two weeks since and I still don’t know what my results mean. I spent wayyy too much money for this terrible service and mediocre doctor.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I was assigned to this clinic through anthem blue cross. My first check up was a check up for a sinus infection, the office staff could not understand me and my symptoms, because I do not speak Spanish. The majority of the office staff only spoke Spanish which was a huge barrier of communication to the doctors and nurses . I went back to the clinic and let them know that my vision was getting blurry and they did not seem to care. The next week I had to check myself into the Usc medical center because of a serious condition that my primary doctor should’ve been more concerned about. But because they didn’t understand me, they did not care. I walked in to the office for referrals for my condition and they said I must see the doctors each time. Which is not true because my medical group had to call them and tell them that’s their policy is wrong. Every time I call for a referral they put me on hold for more than 30 minutes, and say they lost my file . I now have to speak with only one lady who “handles” my referrals. I would not recommend this clinic to anyone. Below i have proof of how long they keep me on hold. And three different people asked me my name and birthday.

We all should understand we luv fast service & the closest. As long as I get what my Doctor prescribes me & explains my dosage, im good.

Worst Clinic Ever!!!! The services is so unprofessional (except the two girls in the front. wonderful ladies.) But the rest of the staff including the DOCTOR are so Unprofessional. I don't even know why the state allow such people work in the medical field. The MA who called me she's so Rude, uneducated, unprofessional, ghetto. After waiting for 4 hrs to get called in right away she said for me to reschedule for two weeks. That I choose the worst day to go in. She even complain of my two little boys who were well behave, not running or screaming. When I go in with the doctor he was so RUDE he didn't even do a complete medical exam, he only checked the lungs THAT'S ALL. I doubt he's even an MD or PA. He didn't even knew what vaccines to order I had to tell him all the vaccine my girl needed me the patient had to tell the Doctor what vaccines my girl needed. They did not do a vision, hearing, hemoglobin, and urine exam how the medical guidelines require. At the end my girl did not got all require vaccines. Oh but is so DIFFERENT IF YOU PAY Cash is totally a different story. The State should to an audit to that clinic.
