Sent an inquiry regarding vinyl signs for conference rooms at my company. Not a complex project by any means. I received a call a day or two later, then played phone tag for a couple days. Ultimately, we got ahold of each other and I followed up via email with references and a detailed description of what I needed. I didn't hear back for two weeks. When I finally received a call back from Craft Signworks, the lady on the phone said, \we reviewed your project and we're declining to work on it.\ By this point, I'd already completed this project AND another different project with a nearby sign printing company. When I asked the lady why they didn't want to work with us, she referenced the printmaker himself and said it was \his decision.\ It's definitely their right but it's weird to not even give a reason, right? I actually wanted to support this small business instead of a chain (i.e. Fast Signs) but goodness this was a weird and terrible experience hahaha. I feel bad for the lady on the phone - I know it wasn't totally her fault but talk about awful communication from her company.

Craft Signworks did a great job with our company exterior signs. Ben took the time to meet with us till we were satisfied with all the results. From the design to installation we were very happy with the work!
Really nice and helpful gentlemen that work here. They are very responsive and keep their word which is really hard to find in a company. The sign they created came out great and they handled the hard part with the landlord we rent our business space from. Very satisfied customers here and if we ever need another sign we will be using Craft Signworks. Thank you Kevin and Ben!
