Enjoyed the dim sum experience, ambiance, clean airy dining room. Open kitchen, great service, food presentation. A little pricey with sanitation, tea surcharge, 15% tip for 4ppl, 18% tip 4 ppl added automatic.

Great menu, great food, great drinks, beautiful setting. the only disappointment was the service, as it was slow, disorganized, they forgot to serve us the drinks which came long after they served us the food, but after I asked the waitress if our drinks were coming. maybe it is just my impression, but I believe that the work and organizational system of the waiters and their helpers should improve. my waitress and her helpers gave me no attention after serving the food, not even to ask if we were okay or if we wanted to order another drink. hope to have better service next Time. food 5 Star
Very slow service. Food was so so but quite overpriced. There are much better options for dim sum
First time at this location and I enjoyed this restaurant more than San Francisco. The staff is friendly, food is better, and the patio is larger. The waiter is always quick and always make sure we are taken care of.
Food is great, place looks nice, service is great. It's not your traditional dim sum. The dishes are quite fancy. First time I saw caviar shaped vinegar. All very pretty to look at for sure. We made reservation for 3 people. So happy they even accept reservation for small parties.
The food is great, well presented, and the restaurant has a cool atmosphere. I am only giving 4 stars because the service was a bit slow. We arrived as a party of 2 at 7pm, and did not get to leave till 8:40. The checking out alone took about 30m. I did not personally care for the osmanthus jelly dessert, but I could see how people would like it. Just not for me. Again, the food was great, the staff were nice and I enjoyed the experience overall.
Made the reservation but still waited outside for few minutes, make sure you confirm at the cell message, the food is good but the server Judy, Bon & Tony are very friendly, Joyce my server is nice too! The foods are creative and price is good either! That 180 degree TV screen is good but little problems with the screen and nobody will realize but me maybe...Over all, the place is worth 5 stars, and thank you Judy again for your friendly service and explanation...My boss loves it!
15% tip added on for parties 4 or LESS. 3 COVID cleaning charge, which basically is you pay for wiping the table and chairs. Staff has no incentive to provide good service. We wait 45 mins for our first dish to come out. 1 hour 15 mins for the shrimp rice roll. The manager told us shrimp rice roll takes a minimum 45 min wait.
