I visit this spot a lot since I work right next to it. I love how the service is always good and they keep the spot neat at all times. Pricing is reasonable and they serve large portions.

Good selections and convenient
We had high hopes for Blu, so maybe we deserve some of the blame for our experience... Perhaps our expectations were unrealistic. Service: The gentleman that seated us was either having a bad morning, or he hates his job. He walked us between tables of diners, weaving his way through the restaurant to our table. After we were seated he asked irritatedly if we wanted coffee. When I said I would love some, he sighed, walked away without saying anything else, and then brought it to me in a very dirty mug, and walked away again without a word. Food: My wife had \Belgian Waffles\, and I had biscuits and gravy. I use the term \had\ loosely, because it was inedible. Her waffles were floppy and soggy. She ate one bite. The biscuits for the biscuits and gravy were very dry, and the gravy tasted like someone mixed a lot of flour with a little sugar and lukewarm water. It was sweet and floury and somehow thick AND watery at the same time. The sausage links had a strange skin on them that stuck to the back of your front teeth when you bit in. I couldn't finish a bite of either. On a positive note, at least the restaurant was appropriately named... We left feeling \Blu\...
