This past summer was very hot in San Pedro. I never though that I would have the need for a AC. I get a decent breeze because I'm very close to the water front. I decided that it was time to get an AC and Heating system. My house is very small so I wasn't sure if a central unit was the right choose. Alex the technician recommended a ductless unit because I didn't have enough room in my attic or a closet. He also mention that mini split were very efficient and I would also get a heat pump (heating). After several options I decided for a Mitsubishi Ductless system. I made the best investment in my life.
These guys have the ability to repair AC units really well! When our office unit when out they come out right away, did a full evaluation of the unit and got it fixed. Very professional service. They showed up on time and provided a detailed invoice which was easy to submit to my manager.
I’ve had them work on a repair on my old AC unit. This summer I needed to have it replaced. Julio, Danny and their team were great. After getting several bids, they came in with the fairest price. Their crew is very prompt, careful and clean. They explained the process and recommendations of what would work best. I just moved into my new house. My heating unit was down so I decided to call several local companies. Metric HVAC was one of them. I set up an appointment with Alex and they came out right away. He was abel to fix my furnace and now my family and I will be nice and warm through this cold winter.
