I appreciate their services but for the first time, I was disturbed with their service. I brought a bunch of wire and other items in boxes and this one staff member started to sort through it in my van on the spot. Then he left the things he decided not to take on the floor of the van and did not even put it in a box or tell me that they took anything out. Wow. I was shocked when I got home and opened the van.
