I moved out in August of 2019 after living at Seaport for a year. I truly wish we didn't have to move an hour away due to jobs because I absolutely loved living at Seaport. The staff is very attentive to any issues (of which there was nearly zero). The community is quiet, even on the weekends. I loved the layout of the space in our 2 bed/2 bath apartment and we had a great view from our balcony of the bridge and city lights. The parcel pending made receiving packages convenient for us as we never had to worry about theft. The outdoor space was great! We loved having a basketball court to workout in and a ping pong table to play with on the weekends. I genuinely miss living here. My only complaint is the size of the gym is too small and there is a weird one way mirror in the gym that leads to the maintenance office. Aside from that, this is a great place to live that is fairly priced and I highly recommend it.

This is the place you want to live!! Security gated, very clean, safe, and very friendly staffs. And what a great view from the roof where you can do BBQ and enjoy Jacuzzi. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

Seaport Homes have excellent onsite staff. Brittany and Shannon are awesome. They try their best to help their tenants out. For a valid reason, we had to break our lease two months before its completion date but the management was very considerate and didn't charge us any fine for breaking the lease. We also had great neighbors at Seaport Homes.

Me and my husband moved into seaport homes almost a year ago from long Beach. These apartments and their grounds are not only beautifully maintained but are also reasonably priced. We've had a few requests (that seemed to be a little unreasonable on our end) but Brittany the manager has always done her best to accommodate us and take things on a case by case basis. We could not be more appreciative of seaport homes for being so accommodating and understanding. The women in the leasing office (Shannon and Megan) are also sweet, genuine and approachable. Maintenance crew is always on top of their game and have the requested work done in a very timely manner. We have rented at quite a few properties and we can say, without a doubt, that seaport homes has everyone else beat in terms of their pricing, beautiful spacious units, helpful staff and a very understanding and approachable manager. We have never felt so at home and at peace with a place we have been renting. Unfortunately due to work relocation we need to move in a few months, and we couldn't be more bummed about it. Thank you seaport homes for making it so easy for us to love living here! You will definitely be missed. We would recommend this place to anyone without giving it a second thought. If you're looking to rent in the San Pedro/PV area, look no further. You will not be disappointed and will absolutely love it here!

This is a wonderful place to live. The apartments are spacious, clean, and of good quality. The staff is excellent, be it the people working in the leasing office or the maintenance personnel who will fix seemingly anything in record time. We highly recommend this place!
