Fabulous Foam Cushion I ordered a custom foam cushion for our window seat and it is perfect. I wasn't sure which type of foam to order -- density, thickness, etc. I spoke to a representative a couple of times and she was extremely helpful. She listened to my needs and advised me on what to order. She was knowledgeable, clear, courteous, and patient. The foam cushion arrived in a timely manner and was thoroughly packaged. Happy upon receipt of 100% natural organic latex, being such a clean, healthy, non-toxic product! Expert advice from company rep proved perfect in my selection of foam density, thickness & cut dimensions for the particular application (treatment table)! Custom cuts were perfect! Patience & care from custom cut rep to accommodate me & my project was commendable! 5*****

I'm sorry to give a highly negative review but I feel in this case I must post a warning as a public service. I've been waiting about 30 days for two pieces of foam to be cut for a seat cushion, an order I made at the San Rafael Foam Store location. Although I was given an estimated delivery date less than 14 days from order -- in person and in writing -- I had heard nothing from the store or their "factory" about the delay. Finally I started calling the store to check on progress. No phone pickup, ever. So I drove to the store to find out what was going on. Here's the response: a) I was told that they were too busy to answer the phone, b) I should have called the "factory" and not come back to the store (they never said this at order), and c) I was informed by the clerk (or manager?) that they receive terrible customer service themselves (as if that was relevant or encouraging). So I've tried reaching the "factory" by phone and email: nothing. I'm surprised at this level of ineptness and poor customer service. I still have no idea when I'll get my foam, if ever. Be forewarned: take your business elsewhere.
Great service and great foam I ordered custom L shaped foam as replacement for couch cushions. I followed instructions for measuring and chose the highest quality soft foam. I ended up with the perfect support and comfort in the new cushions. This saved me 50% from ordering through the company where I bought the furniture.
New down envelopes made our couch look brand new!! Our original down envelopes busted & we had to trash them. I procrastinated on ordering new ones because I was afraid my measurements wouldn’t be perfect. After waiting 2 years, I impulsively ordered new ones & I can’t believe that we let our couch look this saggy for such a long time! The new envelopes are a perfect fit & completely restored our couch!
