I was devastated when I was denied workers' comp for injuries that were sustained from my employment. I lucked out when I found Rodman Martin! He listened to me, told me he could absolutely help me, and said he'd take care of everything & not to worry. He did just that and more! From beginning to end, he handled everything professionally, and would send me updates regularly to fill me in on what was happening with my case. I was thrilled when I found out I wouldn't even need to go to court! In a very unfair world, Rodman was my hero! I had the pleasure of working with Mr. Jon Marlowe and I would highly recommend him as an attorney. Personally, I have never used an attorney and because of this felt some reluctance to hire one. I felt that I would be able to handle my case by myself, but soon into my case I realized how time consuming and complex it would and could potentially get. As a busy individual, I decided it was time to seek counsel and I hired Mr. Marlowe. I saw the difference in how I was being treated compared to when Mr. Marlowe took over, someone who knew the process and wouldn't be taken advantage of. This was the best decision I made in my case! I believe that if I had reframed from hiring Mr. Marlowe I would of spend several hours preparing items, researching my case and in the end I would not of received the outcome that I did with Mr. Marlowe. Throughout this process, I always felt that Mr. Marlowe worked for my best interests and he definitely gained my trust. Overall, I was very content with the outcome of my case and it was much better than what I was being offered by myself. Mr. Marlowe was a true professional, I would highly recommend Mr. Marlowe to others and I would hire him again in the future!
