I thought that I would share my experience with this business location. Two years ago I had a very positive experience with this location and made an appointment to get an eye exam and new glasses. The appointment was last week, but I was called the day before and the appointment was cancelled because the Doctor had an \emergency\. The rescheduled appointment was supposed to be today, but 1 hour before my appointment, I was again called and told that my appointment was again cancelled because the Doctor had to see those that were rescheduled from last week. It is unfortunate that this location has chosen to exercise poor customer service and bad business practices. We will never again give them the opportunity to help with our vision needs. We encourage others NOT TO DO BUSINESS WITH THIS LOCATION.

I went in to see what they might charge for a couple a couple pairs of glasses and saw that they were having a promotion for 2 sets for 99.99 and that the sale included no line bifocals (See the photo attached). When I placed my order I was told that the special didn't include bifocals even though the add is very specific. I was told that this was the third time he'd had to explain this to a customer that day. OK, if that's the case the sign should have been taken down. If the add stays up the promotion needs to be honored. Maybe they work on commission and he was trying to puff up the sale, couldn't say, but if the store says that they'll do something they need to do it. Period.

Great store and friendly people, an employee named Ayo made my day by taking time out of his day and providing care to my broken glasses. I will definitely be taking by business here in the future.

I was a little worried to go to this location due to all the bad reviews, but I went last week to drop off a prescription for my kids glasses and back this week to pick them up. I had great experiences both times. The person that comes to the front to take your temperature and what not (Thanks covid) was very nice, and both ladies I delt with at the desk were super nice as well. These bad reviews dont reflect on the office experience I encountered. I didnt even know there was a nationwide right there which is great I dont have to go far! I will continue to use this location!Thanks nationwide vision.

Well, I wasn't able to get them on the phone ...the calls went to a full mailbox...I was going to see about getting new glasses and had a question. I made an appointment somewhere else.
