My husband went to get our son's permit this morning, right at the door this woman was very rude and unwelcoming, she asked \what do you want\. She stated she cannot accept his birth certificate as it was folded per state protocol. He then said \are you serious\ and asked for the birth certificate back. He also asked for the ladies name and she threatened to call the cops and ran outside to get his license plate! UNREAL! We read the horrible reviews but decided to give it a shot and form our own opinion. The bad reviews are spot on, DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY! I cannot believe this place is still in business. To your response: We both know what happened. You could have handled this in a professional manner. Have a great day!

**BUYERS BEWARE, READ BELOW** I forgot to edit this review. I had a VERY bad experience here. My father had gone in to find the price of the services here, (getting my permit), on the board of prices it said 17.00, my Dad also asked one of the people working there, they said 17.00. I looked on the website, no prices, tried calling and no answer. We go in today, I wait about an hour and get all my stuff figured out, we get to the total and the total comes out as 47 DOLLARS!!! The person helping us said that the board of prices were outdated and the designers were back-logged because of COVID-19, so they haven't done anything about it! Honestly would not have gone if I knew it cost 47!
The prices for \convenience \ have more the doubled and the old precovid prices are posted in the office. For a learners permit I just paid 47 (7 permit 40 convenience fee). Would have given a much better review if it wasnt for the misleading priceboard and extremely high fees. Taking advantage of COVID
