I paid 60 to have SanCap Pak-N-Ship send my shells back home, and they arrived unpadded and smashed to smithereens! I am angry beyond belief at the absolutely HORRIBLE job that SanCap Pak-N-Ship did for my wife and I. After reading a glowing recommendation for this packing & shipping company, my wife and I dropped off about 20 lbs of very carefully hand-picked shells that we'd collected during the previous week. We had carefully washed each and every shell, but we wanted then professionally packed and shipped, because these shells would help us remember our beautiful vacation at Sanibel Island. Unfortunately, it appears that SanCap Pak-N-Ship doesn't do much in the way of professional packing. To say that these shells were poorly packed is a gross understatement. The packaging consisted of a few sheets of crumpled paper placed on top of the three plastic bags of shells that we'd brought in. No padding, no bubble wrap, no effort... The only shells that made it intact were there two that we asked to be specially packed since they were fragile. We had no idea that the other shells would be packaged like they were mere rocks! If you value your vacation memories, don't trust SanCap Pak-N-Ship to help preserve them.
Dustin was great. He packed up breakables for me and shipped them to three separate addresses. All arrived before expected and nothing was broken. Very nice guy and gave us options. Will use again.
I send all my packages out through pak n ship and they always arrive quickly! I love their gift section too...Perfect one stop shop for gifts and packing supplies! Their warmies and candles are my favorite! Everyone who works there are the nicest people you'll ever meet and are incredibly helpful. Best place on the island for shipping and gift needs!
Ordered a cake through these guys from the Bubble room. Shipped from Sanibel, FL to Charlotte, NC. Price was 150, which included the cake (purchased by Pak N Ship from the Bubble room), then packaging (with ice packs), and included Fedex 2 day shipping. Delivered on time and the cake was still cold. Would use them again, even though it's quite costly for 1 cake. :)
