My son went in to renew his i.d. but they were booked up until October and directed us to the Cincinnati location. They're busy of course because of this pandemic so there's a long wait.
I had to get a tag this morning. I was expecting the line to be out the door, but to my surprise, no one was inside but the clerks. I got my tag quickly. Warning: if you need a drivers license, it says in the door you have to make an appointment.
The tag agency in sand springs is a wonderful place to get your tags. The Lady’s at the counter are very knowledgeable, respectful, and honest.
I went in not knowing appointment only for Drivers license and I sat patient and waited for the couple was finished and walked out. There was one other man in the place, he said I was next for DL. No one else was waiting or coming in, the lady at the back desk said if I didn't have an appointment, I would have to go elsewhere for a walk in. Why couldn't I get this taken care of since No One else was there, and why would she care, it wasn't her counter!!! She needs a refresher in customer service.
