We had Jim replace a liner for us in the fall. Come spring time we had to have him return because of poor workmanship in covering up our previous light on the deep end. (We covered the light instead of replacing it because Jim told us how expensive it was going to be to fix) We had multiple sinkholes after our new liner that we NEVER had issues with in the 10yrs with our last liner. Less than a year later we kept losing water. After many calls asking/begging for help Jim came out and basically said he has no idea what to do for us. So the following spring we called again and was told they are too busy and they’ll get to us when they can. After weeks we took business into our own hands and called another company. Found out the plate that was put in the deep-end went through our new liner and we needed a new liner because of. Called Jim to tell him. He told us he was dealing with his cancer. Not to sound cold, but it was the same cancer he had when he took our money a year prior. We went with another company and not only are we thrilled with their work, but the old light in the deep end that Jim said would cost cost us less than 100 to get a new bulb. . Wonderful people to get pool supplies from. That’s about all I would do.

Don't waste your time with this company. We wanted to purchase a new pool and drove to the store location. The person in the store (owners son) told us that he could not sell us one because they had no one to install it. I told him that I would be installing myself and he had to call his father. Father (owner) said that would be no problem and we talked about options. After a week of contemplating options, I called the store to purchase, The son answered the phone and told me that they didn't have any and they couldn't get any. We are unable to get in touch with the owners. I think the son should find a new career. he obviously doesn't want to sell pools...

I DO NOT RECOMMEND!! I wanted to update my review because I think people should know. I previously wrote a review and gave this place 5 stars, commenting on the customer service and the wonderful experience I had. I ran into a huge problem and things changed. I came into the store never owning a pool before trying to get it up and running. Connie (the owner) always said I’m doing fine with it and to put a little of this and a little of that in there. Told me that there’s nothing I can do to clear up the cloudiness and there’s nothing she could do to help me. After three months I got it cleared and a huge storm made it yellow again. I went back and Connie told me to put 1/4 cup of shock in the pool every day until it was clear and then “throw a couple boxes of baking soda in it” nothing else needed to be done and the levels were fine. After three days of shock, it turned green and worse then before and I decided to go somewhere else. I walked into this other pool store and they told me I had multiple chemicals that needed to be adjusted and to put a swamp clearing powder and SIX lbs of shock all at once. Y’all... my pool went from green to blue within four hours. Sandhills stole my money continuously with false hope and no truth answers. I’m continuing my business elsewhere. Even the products that I bought from the store had lower active ingredients than other pool stores. Watch what you buy and where you get it from.

There are pool people and then there are the professionals. Jim and Connie are the professionals. If you listen to them, you will have beautiful, sparkling water. I recommend them and their products without reservation.
