I lost my job due to Covid19 and Estela in the office has been working with me to make sure I dont loose my home. Ive lived here going on 3 yrs and I have loved it most of the time. My neighbors have been the best in my quiet area until recently till the new one moved in but shes getting better. Now if we can teach her child some consideration of others life would be great. But the office people are good about getting stuff done for me. Thank you for all you are doing for me in the crazy world we are dealing with now.

Estella the property manager was very sweet, informative and the process moved along very smooth and speedily. Also thank you for being so patient with me with my nerves being so on edge trying to get everything together before my baby’s due date, I definitely appreciate it!

I have lived at Gerwyn Manor for over 10 years. Management and maintenance are very friendly, promptly responds and are professional. If you are looking for a nice community to move too with a safe and family environment , I recommend Gerwyn Manor. Estella and Elizabeth are the best.

This has been a quiet, clean place for me and my two children to live and have been a resident for over 4 years now. My favorite property manager of all time Ms. Fuentes is always available if i need anything from her, she is sweet , kind and understanding. The maintenance staff are nice guys as well. Some others may have had a bad experience buts its all in what YOU make it. I have no complaints.
