My 94 year old mother was taken by squad and admitted. Everyone was amazing! The nurses kept me informed, treated my mom with kindness and kept her calm. She was very scared. I cannot say enough good about her care.

The check in to the ER was simple smooth not a long wait but as i was waiting a woman and husband came in and lady was saying she had to push her baby out and instead of Rushing her where she needed to be they kept asking her the same question over and over she definitely didn't make in the delivery room they waste valuable time ..my experience was ok except when i got discharged the nurse came in like less than 10 minutes from my discharge saying was i leaving anytime soon because they have a long wait ..excuse me that was rude my insurance paid just like everyone else ....i needed some time time to read my papers and call my ride ...she should not do that that so messed up ...i will be reporting this ...this needs to change immediately !!!!

Walked into the ER as my spouse having stroke like symptoms and we were both treated amazing by staff! They were all very attentive, personable, and caring. If we didn't live in Columbus this would be my hospital of choice.

ER visit for broken wrist! Physician, Medical Staff, and Admin Staff were at the top of their game ! Fast and genuinely focused on exceptional care! Excellent facility!

Awful absolutely awful a group of trained monkeys could do better in the emergency department. I honestly hope you go under and the Cleveland Clinic buys you and if that don't happen I hope at least you go way over budget on that new building bunch of useless scam artists
