Losing my brother after a tough fight with COVID meant that my family needed to find a funeral home to help with his final arrangements. After reading about Toft and the reviews on their website, I made the call and immediately felt relief and confidence that this difficult situation would be handled smoothly with professionalism and empathy. Everyone was so kind and helpful. Justin was so accessible, walked me through the process, checked in with me along the way, and made me feel that my brother was in good hands. He even followed up with us several weeks after. I am so pleased with Toft and their respect and kindness. Our family would highly recommend Toft Funeral Home. They were professional and understood our needs at a difficult time. We appreciated the services provided especially during the COVID-19 pandemic. Empathy during the planning, service, and following the service was outstanding. We needed to have a private graveside service within a short amount of time and they had no problem meeting our needs and answered every question. We were surprised to receive a follow-up message from the funeral director a few weeks later to check on our grieving process. Oakland Cemetery attendants and Toft Funeral Home provided great accommodations for us even during a snow storm! I would not hesitate to recommend this funeral home to any of our friends and family.
