Very very rude! Terrible service department, the employees there will show disrespect, ill manners, and anger to pressure you into buying a car with the price shown and no negotiated price is accepted. Would not recommend this place. Save yourself the headache and find a different place.

As always this is the best dealership I've ever seen! You can count on them for service after the sale with no surprise cost or excuses not to cover what should be covered. You don't have to keep going back to fix a problem that should have been done right the first time. The sales team take a special interest in getting you a great rate and no pressure to buy things you don't want or need. I thought maybe all the dealerships would take some lessons from this place but the others I have seen are only interested in making money and don't really care to much about you.
Never had a better car buying experience! Our salesman, Jeff Nell, did a fantastic job of quickly locating a car and getting us a great price. There were no hassles and no hidden surprises. They even gave us a loaner car during the time our new car was being shipped. Would definitely recommend Ken Garff and our salesman Jeff.
