Probably one of the best places I've had sushi at. It's on par with some of the best in Vegas as well as the restaurants I've been to in LA. They have a great selection and it's not the same menu you see at every sushi restaurant either. They do have rolls that are familiar, but we had a lot of fun exploring a lot of their unique rolls (which happen to be really good) that even my extended family can say they've not had elsewhere. We didn't do as many tapas, so I can't speak too much to that, but what we did order looked and tasted great. If you're looking for something new and fun, but is also good, check these guys out. They're worth it.

We first went here a year ago when it was still Blue Marlin and loved it a lot. Heard that they moved downtown so we looked for another spot close by. Turns out the two places share the same owner. Sat at same table as we did last year and stuffed ourselves with deliciousness. The rolls aren't that special. I'd go more on the appetizer side and sashimi. Hands down the sashimi was best part of the meal, every time!
Chef Soy is great! Food and service are great. Been going to this location for quite a while now and have never been disappointed.
Wow so impressed with this new restaurant! Every thing was amazing! I highly recommend checking it out. The chef and owners creations aren’t to be missed.
