We used Outside Rentals for the first time this year, they were hands down the best trailer rental company we have used. We rent a trailer every year for our family Lava Hot Springs Vacation, with other rental companies the trailers were in bad condition to say the least. Outside Rentals trailer was really clean and well taken care of. They even helped me out on a Sunday. We will for sure be using them again.

It was so fun renting a trailer from Outside rentals. The trailers are clean and in really good condition! We had such a great time on our trip and am so thankful we had an opportunity to rent a trailer from them! I would highly reccomend them!
Couldn't have been a better experience. We picked up a really nice RV for a short camping trip with our extended family. O.R. was extremely helpful in ensuring the RV was compatible with our 4-runner and made sure we had all the information we needed to feel comfortable taking it out for our trip. Our tent happy extended family was super-jealous of the convenience of the RV, especially during a midnight rain/hail storm. Returning the RV was also a breeze thanks to the flexibility of their staff. I was skeptical of renting an RV at first, but will definitely be a returning customer. Thanks for the great trip!
I rented a RV from June 01 to June 04. It's been over two months and still have not receive the refund of my Deposit. They keep telling me it's in process or their processing company is having issues. They are quick to take your money but when it comes to getting your deposit back it is taking months.
Overall, the rental process, pickup and delivery of the trailer was excellent. The quoted price was reasonable and even when my son left his favorite blanket in the RV they were great to arrange for us to pick it up the next day. The experience turned poor when they continued to make excuse after excuse and not refund the 400 deposit. The trailer was returned cleaner then it was delivered and met all the requirements for a full refund. I received several emails that my deposit would be refunded via the CC it was charged from but the refund would never show up. I was then told I would get the deposit via venmo because the CC company wouldn't let them refund it, but the venmo refund never went through. We rented in June and finally are resulting in legal action to get our deposit back, which is unfortunate. I have emails and texts showing the conversation between us and them saying they will make things right and issue the refund, but still nothing has been received. Do not rent from these guys...I have rented several other units from other businesses/people with smaller deposits and non issues when it comes to getting your deposit back. KEEP LOOKING Update: Within a few hours of posting this review they were able to Venmo me my 400 deposit. I have now received my full refund after 3 months. Maybe, this was an isolated experience, maybe not...so rent with caution.
We were never paid for the rentals. She promised over and over, but did not follow through. When we took unit back, we had to spend over 1000 in repairs due to neglect. Very disappointed.
