I ate here for the first time today and I have to say that I have a new favorite restaurant! The ingredients were fresh and the mix of flavors were amazing. I had the Lemongrass Pork Banh Mi. I highly recommend this restaurant!

The food is consistently good so we come regularly. And I don't go to any place regularly so this really is one of my favorites in the local area. Great tastes, friendly staff, and clean facilities. 5 stars! Update: Their chef is legit. He's from a family of chefs and takes great pride in their food. They have about 3 or 4 specials that they cycle through one week at a time. These dishes are so authentic, I have no idea the names, how to say them, and have never seen them in any other restaurants. And he's still working on bringing in more creations.
Lived up to the good reviews. Could have used a bit more basil. Otherwise, very good.
Delicious banh mi and the best taro boba in town.
I really liked this place. It has a simple menu that is easily adapted into a sandwich, rice or noodle dish. The food is fresh and delicious.
Best Pho in Sandy and maybe all Salt Lake. I don't get there as often as I'd like, but they've done a tremendous job keeping the broth hot and the noodles delicious. Its getting too cold for me and bahn mi sandwiches, but in the summer months these never disappoint! The staff is super friendly and locally owned. Feels great to get great food from great people! Hope they're here for a long, long time!
This place use to be great. The original owners sold it and now it's a cluster. Food quality and service has gone way down. I once ordered a noodle salad to-go, came home and the noodles weren't cooked. Months later I gave it another chance and still not a good experience. I ordered extra dikon and carrots and chili paste to-go with my order and it wasn't in the bag, so I asked for it and they came out with just carrots. The host goes back in the kitchen, and I can hear the boss lady say, "just put a few dikon in it". I should've said "I can hear you". LOL. It's not like they're inexpensive to begin with. This place is on the higher priced end for a walk up casual dining. 2 noodle pork salad with eggrole is 30. There are way too many other Vietnamese restaurants to even give this place a 3rd chance.
As a change up, I ordered the combination beef bun' (boon) instead of pho. It was delicious. It came with a side of sauce instead of broth. I will order again. The restaurant is working on rules to reopen for dine on, but curbside pickup works fine.
