I toured at Arabelle Perimeter and I must admit the staff there is amazing!!!! I have toured A LOT of communities and you rarely see the Property Manager or Assistant Manager. The Property Manager greeted me and made me feel very comfortable. The Consultant that I toured with was AMAZING! The amenities that they have there are TOP NOTCH!!! The consultant took their time with me to show me around and took me to the actually apartment that I maybe renting. This PLACE is amazing!!! I wasn't even going to look at apartments to rent but after touring this AMAZING property I will be applying. THANK to the AMAZING TEAM at Arabelle Perimeter for making me feel like I am important and I matter!!!

I would not recommend living here. I could go on and on about the problems here but the updated reviews below pretty much cover it. Rather than repeat what others have stated I'll just share these images of the pool from throughout the summer as well as the dog poop frequently found in the hallway - these images are a gross metaphor for the status of this building. One star because the location is great.

I recently relocated from the Sandy Springs GA. While living there I leased a beautiful luxury apartment at Arabelle Perimeter. I’ve leased many places, but I cannot say enough about the quality of customer service I received during my lease term. I was most impressed by the manager Seth who was nothing less than professional, responsive, and knowledgeable. Seth went above and beyond to respond in a timely manner to every inquiry. Seth made my stay both enjoyable and memorable. For me, the true measure of good customer service is how issues are handled. The one time I had a concern, Seth took the time to meet with me and seemed very much interested in getting to the root of the problem. He quickly addressed the concern while treating me like a valued customer and not a tenant occupying a unit. I also had excellent interactions with the maintenance team. I was especially pleased with every interaction I had with Jay. Jay was always pleasant and responsive. I was most impressed by the fact that he never hesitated to assist me when I had an issue that was out of the scope of his responsibilities. He was always pleasant and eager to assist where possible.

I regret resigning in this complex. It takes them over 4 months to fix an elevator and now another one is down leaving the whole complex and move ins and outs to only 1 elevator. They do not enforce any rules, reserved spots, no courtesy officer, or cameras for safety of our vehicles. Luxury is not the word that comes to mind here. I recommend avoiding it at all costs.

Super nice and responsive if you're going to lease, then it all changes if you're not. I applied the same day after looking at the complex and got approved but had to cancel due to an unexpected event. I was refunded the incorrect amount a month and a half later and haven't heard anything now 2 weeks after bringing this up to the property manager. Property itself is nice but leasing only cares if you're a prospect.
