I wish to extol virtues for an outstanding manager of the Sandy Springs location for ATT. Dimitry Caracas stands out in possessing the most welcoming people skills. He communicates effectively and has the patience so needed in this fast paced world. I would come back to this location at any time just to work with him when I am lost, because I am not so “techno savvy.Dimitry, or Mr. Caracas, is truly an asset to this organization. Let me start by saying I was extremely irritated with my old carrier before entering this location. Jamal was excellent! He calmed me down and I accomplished my goal - to transfer my service. He was extremely personable; his customer service skills were top notch. I strongly recommend this location.
