I have been training at BodyFitz for the past year and can't say enough good things about my experience. The crew is all so friendly with a positive energy. The routines change up each week and have really felt like it's kicked my fitness up a notch. I'd highly recommend to anyone that wants to get serious about getting in shape.
Great personal trainers and a non-intimidating environment. All the trainers do know me by name (mostly because my trainer keeps yelling encouragement at me!)
