He had our issue fixed in about 30 seconds and was nice enough to stick around and help with some other computer problems that would have taken me hours to sort out. As always, Adam once again resolved several issues with our laptops. Working remotely from home, he walked us (and talked us) through a process to rid my wife's computer of annoying pop-ups. Mostly, he navigated through the process himself as we simply watched him work his magic. Immediately following the work on her computer, Adam then set me up to participate and run Zoom conferences on my laptop. (I had been having trouble with both the audio and video.) With that taken care of, I'm now able to work from home as an instructor, which is essential as we trudge through the current pandemic. As \Boomers\ needing occasional assistance with our Internet skills, we truly appreciate Adam's help. He is direct, clear, and patient, and we enjoy the way he intersperses the session with tidbits of his sense of humor.
