I chose to bring my daughter here because i read all the great reviews. I guess today was just an off day because we did not have a good experience. My husband and I took our daughter here and we saw Dr Pollard. He was to rough with her for our liking. He was disrespectful to us. He was very short when talking to us. He also acted afraid of our daughter. She's a year and a half old. Obviously she's not going to be happy when you're tugging at her eyes. She's going to scream and squirm! He did not handle the situation correctly. We will not be going back to this place.

Thank you for helping my daughter. Dr. Shivangi Sethi this was definitely your calling. Your sense of urgency to alleviate her pain was definitely a shining light. She was complaining about her eye and I happened to find this page. Everything worked out as it should have, from the 1st appointment. After which I called again to ask additional questions you brought her back re examined and you had scheduled her for surgery. It happened so quickly you went without letting her continue to suffer and treated her as a priority. Surgery went extremely smooth I understood what was happening and you made us feel at ease. It was one day after surgery she was smiling and excited about her vision. She was happy. We cannot thank you enough for putting priority on her care. We are very thankful you are a doctor that cares. Thank you too Nurse Angie your gentle care and attention to my daughter made this process seamless.

Good service. There’s someone checking temps. My son has Medicaid but some reason I still was asked to pay for my son’s glasses via pocket expense. He is allowed one pair of glasses a year for free but I still was asked to pay. Isn’t this a facility that takes Medicaid?

Dr. Pollard has done three bilateral eye muscle correction surgeries on my youngest child. He has been absolutely amazing (and effective). The office staff are friendly AND BILINGUAL which is awesome.

I loved this office during the first two visits. This is the third time I have been here this summer. For the first two kids’ visits, there was someone in the hallway taking temps and making sure masks were on. This time, there was a man with no mask on in waiting room when I arrived. Then a family of 5 with no masks came in. The adults were given masks by staff, but the man was allowed to stay without a mask. The maskless child was crying, and the older man was talking over us to the family on the other side of the room about how everything that is happening is because parents aren’t teaching their kids about Jesus. I don’t think the office should be sacrificing the health of my family in order to comply with this man’s personal beliefs.
