Scheduling service was easy and there were lots of available time slots. The technician called 30 minutes ahead and will within the appointed time slot. The technician was quick to diagnose although it was as I expected. The technician was very clear and transparent about the repair and once I agreed to the price, he left and purchased the part and installed it. The company also warranted the repair for 3 months. I could have performed the repair myself but many times these tasks end up being a hassle to preform especially with a busy schedule. All in all, I plan to consider using It Is Fixed first in the future.

Eugene was in my area and was at my door at the time promised. He was nice and professional. Listened to me, wore his mask and in record time he was done! My freezer was clogged and would ice on the bottom. Lately it would make the whole Frigidaire hum... I am so happy this has been professionally taken care of! Thank you guys!
