WARNING!! They charge 1 for printing a return shipping receipt!! I had package ready to ship, printed and attached my prepaid label at home, and was told by those crooks that they charge 1 for a receipt. What!!! Great business practice, thumbs up to the owner!!!

Great place, as long as everything is going smoothly. First sign of trouble, your on your own. Customer service leaves a lot to be desired. Owner/manager/guy was snappy and told me my pkg was on its way back from Washington and that was that. Got annoyed when I asked him about insurance. It was an Easter basket for a little girl, and at this point, it was 2 days before Easter. i figured out how to intercept a pkg myself. Pretty simple actually. Pkg still hasn't arrived and it's Easter Eve but i feel better now that a I found a real shipper who knows what they are doing. Pakman wasn't about to waste his breath or his time. Thanks for the 15% off coupon. Not going to be using it.
Shipping Something/BEWARE!!!!!! Be explicit with your item/size/dimensions etc... Get a quote up front. Put some pading on the floor around you so when you fall over you don't incurr a head injury. Recently purchased something from local auction house, 100.00 or less. Nothing extrodinary or particularly fragile/unique. figured it would be boxed and shipped and would be no big deal. Received a quote for 6x's what i paid for item? LOL... When i challenged the quote and expressed how obsurd it was, I was met with the Blame game, my lack of communication, my lack of ability to compromise... How about Pak mails rediculous packing fee, outrageous need to turn a basic item into a 1 of a kind that needs a specialist to pack it for safety... Get serious... and then bad attitude and its not thier fault. I would recomend shopping out your shipping needs, there are many other companies that will due it for a fraction of the cost and you won't have to be the one who's in the wrong for standing up to what i see as ripping of the customer.
