I am approaching my 11th month here and my living experience with Sync at Perimeter has been a complete disaster. From random booting on my guest(s) vehicles (that were parked in the guest parking), to my home being intruded. Sadly, I lost all of my valuables. Luckily, I wasn’t home. However, three other tenants and I had an unpleasant surprise coming to our homes from work that evening. Tread lightly when considering living here. This expensive building does not provide any surveillance system in the most appropriate areas such as: hallways or elevators, and no actual security on site. Also, many tenants that are aware of the “insurance” item that’s included on your monthly invoice ONLY covers damage to the unit NOT your personal items. I will honor Sync with 2 stars just because I actually loved my space but, too bad I’m being pushed out. My peace of mind is gone and I no longer feel safe.

I have been living here for close to a year now, and the level of care has been excellent. The management changed to Bozzuto shortly before I started living here, so any prior management reviews don't apply anymore. I live in a corner facing the street, and it's still really quiet! Al and Steve are excellent folks, and maintenance work gets done in the blink of an eye! The ladies in the leasing office (Zoe, Shavon, Dee) know me by name and they are super friendly and helpful. I did have some noise issues when I first moved in, but we figured it out and fixed it, so no issues there anymore. The management has been making an effort to improve social activities for residents and the summer pool party was a huge hit. I live on a higher floor, so I have not had any water leak/flooding issues as some of the other posts have mentioned. Have not had any break-in issues either. Fire alarms going off were a problem earlier- due to some residents pulling the alarm on purpose!! That hasn't been an issue since winter. There are other minor things that pop up that are not the management's fault, and they work quickly to fix it too. It's an apartment complex- things happen once in a while! My friends have always been able to find parking- we actually have more spots than the usual apartment complex. Overall, I have had a really good experience; I'm even renewing my lease!

My husband and I lived here when the apartments were Citizen and into the transition to Sync! I think what really makes a place amazing is the staff and how efficient they are in communication. I never had issues talking with anyone in the office. Mo, Danielle and Chad go out of their way to work with you and respond quickly. We no longer live at Sync but if we were to ever move back to Sandy Springs we would come on back to Sync. They made the move out process seamless and I can’t thank them enough - especially Chad. We had one hiccup with noise but Chad was on it and we never had a problem again. Neighbors are friendly and the events Sync put on are always fun! No issues with parking if you park on top floor. I only took off one star because of certain fees I think are unnecessary. They aren’t dealbreakers though. Conclusion: I would recommend.

I genuinely loved living here until this week. We’ve had numerous amounts of break-ins and very vague emails that provide us with NO details on where it happened or how. Instead they just provide BASIC tips “lock your doors” lol ok. Why not tell us what’s being done to improve security? Or what was even the cause of these break-ins? I feel as residents we have a right to know where this is even taking place. I no longer feel safe here and it doesn’t make sense considering how much we even pay to live here lol.

We are having great time at our community as always. Now we get to enjoy great amenities with a new twist and look. Now we have a refreshing look and air to the whole community. Amidst Covid the management have pulled off great tips and rules pertaining to safety of residents. Regular Virtual classes to keep residents relaxed at the comfort of homes. Appreciate their work!!
