Amazing food and service. Due to the pandemic you can't dine inside but there is a wonderful patio area that you can find in. They have a market pantry as well. It's a gem and I will certainly be back!

We love Cafe 121 and make sure we dine there when we are in town. The decor is artsy, yet comfortable. Atmosphere is calm so you can converse with your table mates. And the menu items offer unique takes on common dishes.

We had a nice breakfast with my husband. The breakfast very delicious! Highly recommend this place. As of right now customers can sit outside at their patio and if you ready to order you walk in. Everyone was very nice! We will be back!

I almost never give a review but this by far the best food I've had in this state. I got the pimento tomato/bacon biscuit sandwich and breakfast burrito. They were both amazing.

We enjoy this restaurant usually. Recently it’s been more unpredictable. They gave us a sandwich when we asked for a wrap. My Trio Salad was not very full of the trio and the asparagus was withered and small. The sandwich bread was entirely too thick and dry. This is sad because when we go for quality we like to do 121 but the quality is lacking on occasion. We want to keep them in Sanford but we would like to see more attention paid to fulfilling their mandate of reliable eating at a high quality.
