Would give -5 stars if I could. After waiting for what seemed like an hour I told the nurse I had to leave. I came in thinking I was going to have a small procedure done and they charge me 50 bucks for a consult that didn’t happen because the DR didn’t care enough to get off of the phone and have a 5 min conversation with me (the freaking patient who scheduled an appointment) absolute worst service ever I will not comeback.

They did not respect me when I told them no to a invasive unnecessary test. They are not caring at all. I would not recommend this center to anyone. I highly recommend no one going there!

Would not recommend! You will not get your test results back in a timely manner and providers do NOT take your concerns seriously. As a first time mom I had concerns that were basically ignored. I finally got the test I wanted but didn’t get the results back until almost a week later! Oh and did I mention I had to swab myself!!! Yes I was not even checked, the midwife gave me the supplies and I had to swab myself.......

After waiting for nearly one hour after my scheduled appointment, I had to walk out. The staff handling clients at the front desk are not polite or caring. The sign in the lobby states \Please let us know if you've been waiting for longer than 30 minutes.\ After letting them know, they tell me to continue to wait. (Very unprofessional and rude.) Not only did the walk in appointments get seen before I did, people with later appointment times were taken back first. After seeing how this facility operates, and the terribly long wait time, I decided to walk out. Save yourself time and go to a private obgyn. Very worth the wait to go somewhere else. I scheduled an appointment here ONLY because the 8 other offices were completely booked. I fully regret going here.

The doctor is super nice. The technicians aren’t the nicest people and don’t truly make me feel welcome. The biggest issues I have with this place is there prescription process I have called multiple times changing where my prescription goes and my last day before I go to college the pharmacy tells me that they don’t have any prescriptions for me! This has been going on for months! I’m truly tired of this place.
