We have a service agreement that we pay monthly for, as a hurricane approached I checked to confirm the generator was operational and found it was not. When I called to ask for service I was told I would have to wait until after the storm. What is the point of a maintenance/service plan if the generator is not usable when it is most needed? Terrible service.

I would give this business 0 stars if possible. I called six weeks ago to make an appointment for an annual maintenance. The soonest I could get was today June 26. I waited at home all day and no one showed up. I started calling mid afternoon and couldn't get through to the business. Around six o'clock the owner of the business, David Schaefer called to tell me he wouldn't be coming out and would no longer service my generator. It was no longer profitable. I couldn't believe that the company didn't et me know six weeks ago when I made the appointment. Now I'm left with a generator badly in need of service and will have to go to someone new. I purchased the generator new from Central Florida Power Systems and now they won't service it. I am sorely disappointed. Not only are they not going to service the generator, but they didn't even call me today to say they weren't coming out. And by the way, I paid for the maintenance two weeks ago.
