This is absolutely ridiculous! This is a million-dollar company that literally has a baby monitor attached to an extension cord going through the drive-thru window to communicate! The ordering speaker has been out for over 2 months now, and seriously this is how they fix it? I know with the money I've spent there in the last 2 months can a loan pay to repair the speaker. I gave it three stars because the food is decent most of the time and the employees are for the most part friendly.
Always great coffee, but the tried and true glazed donuts weren't as fresh as they usually are. Will still go back as this was a one-off freshness thing.
Antonise was amazing. This was our first experience with Dunkin Donuts and she made us love it so much that we grabbed some munchkins for the road and we plan on going back again tomorrow. Thank you Sugar!!
